Student Child Learning Center

Bryan Community's Student Child Learning Center was opened in the Fall of 2002. The center is a licensed child care provider for 24 children. The program is federally funded and follows the High/Scope Approach to early childhood learning.
The Student Child Learning Center has been a long awaited addition to our community. It greatly increases the likelihood of parenting students completing their high school education by providing a high quality environment for their child while they attend school. Parenting and early child development classes are required for all student parents, helping them understand, plan, and approach one of the most challenging and important jobs a person can do, that is, to be a good parent. The center also provides the opportunity for students to complete internships and training in the child care profession.
