Students and Parent/Guardians will be contacted to set up an interview after all three steps below are completed and received by Bryan Community:

  1. Student Application

    Click on Student Application to complete the Google Form…you will need to log-in to your LPS Google Account

  2. Administrator/Counselor Referral Form

    This form will be sent to the student’s home school Administrator upon the receipt of the Student Application

  3. Parent/Guardian Referral Form

    This form will be sent home with students by the Home School Administrator or Counselor. Completed forms should be returned to the Admin/Counselor that works with the student.
